THE POWER OF MENTORSHIP
Every girl deserves a Champion, and we offer a life-changing Mentorship and Apprenticeship Program for our girls. We introduce our girls to dynamic women who are trailblazers in their careers. Our mentors offer guidance and leadership and provide a strong support system that is essential for success.
We believe that the more our girls interact with visionaries and women of excellence, the more they will believe they can reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. Our Mentorship and Apprenticeship Program also provides group and one-on-one mentoring, counseling, and therapy for mental well-being. Therapy and counseling services are also available for our parents and caretakers.
Since launching in 2014, our mentors have contributed their personal time to teach our girls, everything from reading to playing the piano. Giving our girls this one-on-one attention has reminded them that they matter and that we care.
