We utilize dance and movement to enrich the lives of our girls.
We offer a dynamic dance program to our girls where they are taught the fundamentals of dance and performance skills by professional dance teachers and choreographers. The girls are also taught the importance of team work and have the opportunity to perform at community events.
Research shows dancing can improve your mental health by boosting your overall happiness. Practicing dance routines improves cardiovascular health, increases stamina, and strengthens bones and muscles and staves off illness.
