Bridging the gender gap in Technology
We partnered with Women in Technology to offer our girls opportunities, education, and workshops in S.T.E.A.M. careers. The workshops and career training prepare our girls for high-skill, high-wage jobs in high-growth industry sectors for the 21st century.
We encourage our girls to participate in S.T.E.A.M. programs. If they are stigmatized by being good at things often considered “masculine,” like math and science, it is unlikely they will pursue careers in these areas. However, if they are supported in exploring these careers they will not only be a success but they will change the face of these industries!
